This design is based on public needs, targeting young people who tend to be swing voters in elections. So it requires a media approach that is relevant and effective. Adjusting the habits of Gen Z and the elections day coinciding with Valentine''s Day are the main strategies to achieve the goal of making the 2024 elections a success.This large design framework uses the Design Thinking method by Tim Brown (2008) which overlaps with the Design Method stage (Karjaluoto, 2014). Starting from the observation stage and applying the empathy aspect in it so that you can find keywords for the problem and study the target. Then the planning stage, prototype to trial.The result of this design is a motion graphic video with the theme of five love language for Indonesia, containing 5 love actions that can be carried out by young voters in the 2024 election. It is also accompanied by digital poster as supporting media. Both media were distributed via social media platforms, such as TikTok.The contribution of young voters is very important, have great voting power that can determine the direction of the country''s development so it must be directed at the right distribution. Designing digital-based creative content to target young social media users, hoping that it can educate and increase awareness about the importance of exercising the right to vote for young voters.
