Abstract

responding to the development of the board game industry by highlighting the locality of Jakarta urban legends into interesting content to explore. Urban legends themselves are closely related to superstition and mystical stories. By using the design method, the author explains the stages of designing a board game into a product with a minimum of features that can be played. The most important part of this process is the transformation of data into design ideas that are adapted to the game context, resulting in a board game product with a grid movement mechanism inspired by Pandemyc. And roleplay in werewolf games is a way to provide education on behavior and objects according to their original conditions. It is hoped that this paper can be a reference for applying the design method to board game design, with the limitations explained therein.
