PERANCANGAN FILM NARASI KUNJUNG RINDU SEBAGAI GAMBARAN KONDISI WISATA BENDUNGAN KAMIJORO PASCA COVID-19 DENGAN PENDEKATAN TEORI 3 BABAK

Abstract

In the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic entered Indonesia and 2021 will be the toughest year for Indonesia because Indonesia has reached more than 1000 deaths in 1 day due to Covid-19. In 2022, the Indonesian government will intensify vaccines, but travel habits are no longer what they used to be. Kamijoro Dam is one of the tourist attractions affected by the Pandemic, it used to be very crowded, but in 2022 changes in travel behavior and the trauma of Covid-19 is still being felt. This study is an attempt to restore visitors' memories by presenting a nostalgic sensation by displaying the icons and sensations of the Kamijoro Dam with a 3 act theory. This design method uses realist ethnography as data mining and 3 act theory in film design. The application of the theory of 3 acts brings out the elements of the protagonist – antagonist – goal – obstacle. The setting taken is the activity at the Kamijoro Dam with a post-pandemic context so that the steps taken can be shortened between the confrontation and resolution stages. As a result of the design, the use of narrative by one of the protagonists is able to accommodate the application of the 3 act theory and the feelings to be conveyed in a complete and short duration.
