PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE APLIKASI DONOR DARAH APHERESIS BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK PELAYANAN UPTD RSUP DR. SARDJITO YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Blood donation is an activity that can save the lives of others. Donor apheresis is relatively new in Indonesia, this is used for platelet donor needs. At the UPTD, Sardjito Hospital, the activity to inform requests for apheresis blood donation and the process was carried out through the WhatsApp group. The weakness of this group is that information is only limited to registered group members, information is covered by other WhatsApp messages. The opportunity for developing applications installed on mobile phones for apheresis blood donation is very large, therefore, the user interface of this application is designed with an attractive appearance, is easy to understand, efficient, and includes important factors needed in the apheresis blood donation process. Using Roboto as a typeface makes it easy to read and reflects that the application is formal. The color changes are used to provide information, warnings, and calls to action. Placement of important navigation is in an area that is easily accessible by the thumb, such as the navigation bar at the bottom, the donor button, register, save, return to the homepage is still included in the reachable-comfort zone.
